I need a professional to assist me with setting up my home podcast or jam session studio. I've acquired all the necessary equipment (scarlet focusrite 212 studio 3rd gen and other mic to plug in, macbook pro and tripod) and have a space with a fantastic view that will make for a great video backdrop. I have a software conflict issue in my OS (Windows 10 x64). More precisely, an old version of Microsoft Visual C++ (x64) cannot be uninstalled properly, and so the new version (download-able from ) cannot be installed. And because of this Visual Studio doesn't install properly either- I get a warning at the end, and then it can't open some SLN projects. I tried everything, I uninstalled every instance of Visual C++ / CPP, inluding by using the MS uninstaller tool and deleting instances of VIsual C++ in the registry (particularly in the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREClassesInstallerProducts ) I uninstalled and reinstalled Visual Studio; but nothing worked...
